Football Manager 2011 | FM 2011 Tactics - 4-2-3-1 - First of all, I should say that my mentality is goal goal goal... Football is an entertainment and fans are coming to stadium to see something nice and I always give them what they want to see... More goals than expected :)

If you have a strong attacking power, than this is your tactics. This tactics requires really technical and strong player. Besides you should really strong midfielders. Because two midfielders will take the load on their shoulders and pay attention not to get under of this load.

Lets now take a look at to this tactics and its requirements:

2 center back
2 full back and it is better if these full backs can support the wings so you need wing backs with high acceleration and dribbling attribute
2 MC. I prefer to have one really good DM and one MC. DM will make the first press at first touch with the rival. MC should have a good passing attribute because he will distribute the balls into the wings.

2 AMR-AML These wingers should be really fast. Rival players should not understand where the winger is, where the ball is... Their sharp and accurate crossing and dribblings should wear out the defensive line
1 AMC This guy is one of the most important players in this tactics. He is the shadow goal gun of the team so it is better to put a player with high long shot attribute. Besides his passing should be killing ones.

1 FC This player is our advanced forward and his vital duty is scoring and creating goals. His off the ball runnings, first tocuh and of course finishing attribute should be high.

If you can settle up this tactic and show some patience, believe me, you will be happy and of course your team and your management and your fans consequently.

Have fun all!
